i realized that if we didn't post today we would have missed june completely... and what a shame that would have been!
in case you were worried, we're still alive. that's what the girls outside were supposed to come report every so often today. but i didn't know that for a while... until lucy (name changed : ) told me she told the girls to come tell me that every little bit while i was the only one there... don't tell julia (another changed name... : )
well, we've had a heap of adventures and good times in june that we will put up soon. we've got to get through a couple more work days before the long holiday weekend!! on the priority list is the fantastic personalized tour we got of oklahoma city and the super fun times we had visiting linds and alan's happy fam! : )
i think the 4th of july might be my second favorite holiday... maybe 3rd... it kinda ties with thanksgiving - christmas being the number one. regardless of the number, i'm pretty excited for the 4th of july!!! : ) i think a big part of it is traditions... we'll have to see what los alamos has to offer. wait.. unless there are some surprises, it may not be much. but we'll go to the church picnic/potluck and to the park for the fireworks... should be fun enough, just different.
